It doesn’t. Every recommendation on this site comes from real experience or thorough research — 20 countries, years as a travel agent, a finance career built on evaluating value. I don’t recommend what I haven’t used or wouldn’t use myself, and I won’t soften an honest assessment because a commission is on the line. If something wasn’t worth it, I’ll say so — link or no link.
